Today after seam sealing my new Scarp 2 I was brushing a thin 5:1 mix of odorless mineral spirits on the top of the fly for extra waterproofing.
I saw the brush streaks and thin spots so I folded a blue paper shop towel and wiped the treated area down. This evened out the coating and took off any unnecessary material, leaving a smooth, unstreaked coating.
