Just picked up one of these in the consignment section at Ragged Mountain in New Hampshire. Needed a nice warm jacket to throw on over the layers this winter. It's sewn-thru construction but holy smokes does it look puffy and warm! The WM website says 6.5oz of down fill(size medium?)and I got an XL which I would guess to have an 1oz or so more, but really? Only 6.5+ oz? Is that right?
I'm wondering if any other Meltdown owners might have some comments about their experiences with this jacket, its warmth and the amount of down fill in the larger sizes (XL?). Thanks!
