My search is bicycle touring related since i will leave for over 1 year in a few month. I need something similar to the OR padded cell (no longer available) to protect my stove and fuel bottle. I need something 10.5 X 5.5 X 4 inch (internal) and padded.
Since OR don't make them anymore, do you know where i could get something like that? I looked at DSLR lenses pouch (not wide enough) and at lunch box (not long enough). At worst i could sew something but buying would be faster.

A little bubble wrap and a couple rubber bands could stabilize and quiet those items without an outer bag.
The UL solution would be to use a very light bag like silnylon or cuben and use padding that has multiple use, like spare clothing, a pack towel or a Reflectix bag that could double as cozy for a dehydrated dinner pack or a freezer bag meal.
Granite Gear makes several types of unpadded zippered bags that would make a good start. Eagle Creek and eBags.com have zippered travel organizers and pack cubes that might work for you with added padding.
