The Forums available to me under "Community" on the home page are out of date. The Gear Forum, for example, shows the last post as 1/1/2013 09:31.
Any clues how to fix this?
I've tried logging out and back in. Doesn't change.
I've also started a conversation under Help but I'm not sure my responses are getting back to the person trying to help me. I've responded 4 times and the last two got "lost in the woods unspecified error.html" messages.
I'm using a different computer now and things are up to date.
So the problem has to do with my new Windows 8 computer.
Any idea what might be causing this?
Could it be that your browser is plucking old content out of its cache?
You might try purging the cache and see if that has any effect.
Further, the copyright date at the bottom of the page shows 2012 instead of 2013.
