2 1/2" high x 3 3/4" in diameter. I just bought one two weeks ago and it would not fit inside my Vargo Ti Pot so I had to improvise and cut it down to a 5 X 21. Hope this helps.
Not trying to talk you out of buying one of Tinny's pot stands, but I will say that for about $20 (or less) you can pick up a roll of the hardware cloth from a home improvement store and make a number of pot stands which ever size you need. I did this a while back and it has been quite useful. I have made a number of different sized pot stands to try with different stoves from this single roll and still have a good bit left.
Just an idea.
