Is there a ti cup that has a smaller outside diameter than the MLD 475 cup? I'm looking for a ti cup that will nest inside a fosters pot and the 475 doesn't quite make the cut.

Not Ti, but you can check out the Redneck Beer Cups by SNCTOOL Outdoor Products.
These are tumblers made from aluminum Bud Light cans. He rolls the top so that they are stronger and will not cut your mouth when drinking from them. I have one (and recently gave away 3 on my blog) and they are pretty nice. My BL Tumbler weighs 1.3 oz (my MLD 475ml mug weighs 1.4 oz) and has a 14 oz capacity (my MLD 475ml mug has a 15.2 oz capacity). My BL Tumbler is exactly 6" tall, however, if you asked him to make it a bit shorter, I would imagine that he could do this for you. And the best part is, they are only $1.50 each (+ s&h).
