I recently bought a TNF Hot Shot daypack which I am very happy with and will serve its purpose. I don't need it to be UL so was not too concerned with it being advertised as weighing 900g. But it's a bit disappointing when you find out it actually weighs 1087g which is 20% more. Oh well. . .
that's definitely a case of unfair business practice
complain to them, you deserve a 20% rebate
careful though, maybe they'll try to make you pay 20% more

maybe I can cut off a shoulder strap
to get the weight down !
