CANON ix6520
$80
Yesterday evening it was $100 at AMAZON, I almost bought it, waited until morning to think it over and it's cheaper. I wanted to print large topo maps on one sheet of paper.
The cheapest you will find for a 13" x 19" printer.
Pros:
cheaper ink than most
handles wide paper (e.g. free online US GOV topo maps)
Cons:
no wifi connection
no autmatic duplexing (printing both sides paper without having to turn over paper manually)

Least expensive paper (Staples does not carry inexpensive paper at 13×19, only heavyweight photo grade papers). But paper works online has it. It is expensive to ship 725 sheets of large paper. 725 is a lifetime supply of paper (this is standard 24 pound paper, like a good inkjet copy paper which runs 20 to 24 pounds).
