Hi folks,

I recently sent a pair of Montrail Trail runners back to them as the sole started coming apart, they contacted me to say they would send a new pair to me, I asked the customer service rep could I get a larger sized pair instead as I felt they had been fitted badly in the store and they had no problems with that.

Nice service,

Stephen

good to know :)- I've never had to use their warranty (have been getting ~ 500 miles out of three different pairs of Sabino's), but their customer service has been very helpful; I need a very roomy toe box and they recently steered me into a pair of Badrocks- they were spot on

not at all- definitely a little worn, little frayed, but if you didn't know better you'd never guess they had 500 miles on them.

going by many recommendations I've read- "they" recommend retiring trail runners at~ 500 miles as they get broke down; it happens slowly enough I can't really perceive it- until you lace up new shoes :)

the ones that get retired serve as mow the lawn, work on the truck and other glamorous chores shoes
