I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about the Thermarest Neoair pump. I know it's a bit lazy, but I would kinda like to find one. I haven't been able to find anything online about them other than from the Outdoor Market post on BPL.

I believe it's just this valve glued into a bag. You could do the same thing, except with your pack liner.

I haven't heard of Thermarest making one specifically for the NeoAirs….but are you familiar with the Instaflator? I have been using mine two years now and love it. Only 1.5oz, quicker than hand pump, battery pump, or breathing.

Stephen, thanks for posting that web page, looks very interesting I may have to buy one. I like the way it can be used as a pump, a stuff sack or pack liner and also a Jembe seat.

I have used the Therm-A-Rest AirTap Pump Kit and works fairly well. About 2-2.5 bags of air to inflate a 20"x72" NeoAir mattress.Takes about 1-2mins.

Thanks Ray, that's the one I'm after. Any idea when it will be out?

I purchased the Camptek pump, apparently camptexk jacked up the prices my $10 after selling the technology to Cascade Designs. The pump works okay, and it takes forever to fill up my Neoair all seasons in size large. It is good to start initiate the inflation and let it run for 5 minutes then use your lungs to top-off the air. The pump itself will not get the Neoair completely inflated even when I ran it non-stop for 45 minutes.
