Does anybody know the internal diameter of the outer segment of the Evernew hydration tube? I have contacted Evernew, but haven't heard from them yet, and their website doesn't seem to have that info. I would like to splice my Sawyer squeeze filter into the outer segment of the tube running from an Evernew 2L bladder. In camp and rest stops I can screw on the Sawyer as a gravity filter, which works fine. But I need to use a hydration tube + bladder with my GG Murmur while hiking as I can't reach the side pockets to retrieve a water bottle without taking the pack off one shoulder. That gets old quickly.
