I wasn't able to find anything on this listed under the search, or really much reviews on the Arc Blast to begin with.
Does anybody happen to have experience with both of these packs to know which one carries better with loads 25 pounds and under?
I've been carrying an Ohm for a little while, but really like how the Arc Blast works, but just can't find much feedback from anyone.
A few people have used the Arc Blast.

Didn't Manfred use an EXO and not the Arc Blast ? I have only found the review from Spider Legs (PCT '11) on Zpacks website about the Arc Blast.
