Montbell UL Alpine Down Hugger Thermal Sheets??

I have the Thermal Sheet as well as a No. 3. I see myself as a pretty average sleeper — neither overly warm nor cold. The TS has kept me pretty comfy down to 50F — wearing long underwear and not using a liner. The TS is sized a bit slimmer than MontBell's regular bags, so it also makes for a perfect liner. In my experience, using the TS as a liner gives my No. 3 bag an honest 15F boost.

MontBell bags all come with two temp ratings — "comfy" and "usable". I've found both bags to be spot on with their respective "comfy" ratings. However, I hate being cold and have no intention of pushing either bag to their "usable" levels.

Just about the only cautionary note about the TS is the slim cut. I am 5'9" and 150lbs — and I find that I have a bit of space to move around. I estimate that 5'10" and 175lbs will be about borderline. Hope this helps.
