i have a Kovea Supalite (older version that looks like image below (just without the piezo assembly so its basically very similar to the Supalite)
Kovea
i'm trying to make a windscreen for it but am having trouble….so seeking advice:
The simple standing on the ground windscreen needs to be REALLY high cause its an upright stove and i use a 220g canister which is pretty tall. So I am trying to make the type that sits on top where there is a reflector plate btw the burner and the canister (actually ABOVE the valve handle) and the screen sits on that…as shown here
RJwindscreen
but the problem I am having is that the reflector has nothing to support it so it all wobbles…

Have any of you made similar screens for this stove (or for that matter any other good screens for it

Perhaps the best solution would be a windscreen that hangs off of your pot? Like a Caldera Cone, except 4 tabs that folder over the lips of the pot and it hangs down just below the burner. Add a few vent holes near the top. Air comes in the bottom for combustion and excess heat and CO can vent out the top (hole punched?) holes.

Saw that… Prob is I use narrow pots (bpl 550 or snow peak 700) so the pot support is wider than the pot (I actually use it with folded pot support)
