I use the poncho/ground cloth with my sil solomid.I sewed a loop of floss to the inside of the seam running down from the peak.Works great. If you mid is Cuben,Z-pack sells a self stick patch with a loop already attached you can stick to inside of you duomid.The poncho/Solomid combo has been great.Love the ponch for southeast US.

I actually ended up buying the Cuben Trailstar and the Zpacks Groundsheet Poncho. We will see how that works.
