JC Penny has a new brand of clothing called JCP. They have a down jacket that looks like a cheap version of the First Ascent Downligh Jacket. I believe it was only $60. I didn't try it on, but it looks okay for $60. I think they had black, blue and maybe red. I'm not saying its good, I'm just saying they have it.
