What patches came in your Thermarest Xlite repair kit?

I just got a neoair xlite, and the patch kit instructions say that the kit is the Fast & Light mattress repair kit. However, It only came with 3 alcohol prep pads and 3 square cut clear patches that say Tear-Aid Patch TYPE A on them. No instructions on how to use. I thought it was supposed to come with the fast and light dots with the clear covers. I'm confused. Either they packed the wrong instructions in the kit, somebody returned the mattress with some other kind of patch kit in it, or this is right. What have you guys gotten?

I bought an Xlite Large and it came with the identical repair kit but with instructions.

The instructions were for the fast and light repair kit and mentioned glue dots. In the instruction they indicate that certain pads don't need the glue dots. The Neo Air is listed as not requiring glue dots. Neo Air Xlite is not. Now this could mean that the instructions have not been updated to include the xlite or that the xlite requires the glue dots.

Based on the similarity of the materials I would suspect the xlite would be okay with just the patch. One thing the instructions do recomend is to set a pot filled will near boiling water on top of the patch to help it cure.
