What are you all using to clean the ul7 pad? I have 2 of them that are starting to look a bit dirty….. want to clean it, but not sure what to use. Exped's site suggests a mild detergent, but figured I would put it up here and get a better response. Thank you.

How do I clean my sleeping mat?
We recommend cleaning your mat with warm water and a mild detergent (no bleach!). Using a rag or soft sponge, carefully clean the mat. Make sure all valves are fully closed. Rinse well. The mat should air dry after cleaning. Do NOT put your mat in a washing machine or dryer.
after cleaning mine I stand it in the shower for a good rinsing
