Long story short, I returned a Stoic Merino crew lately with another item yet that shirt was not on the return form I filled out online because I didnt have an order number for it. Sent everything in, received the refund for the other item but they are telling me that they cannot issue a refund for the Stoic merino shirt unless I provide them with an order number, nor are they able to ship the shirt back to me because for some reason they don't have the ability to track it down. They just keep telling me over and over that I jut need to provide them with an order number regardless if it from that exact shirt.
Anyone ever experience this? Seems kind ridiculous, like they are holding my shirt ransom.
Also, if anyone recently purchased one of these shirts and plans on keeping it I would greatly appreciate it of you could PM me your order number so I can et the refund for the shirt and not just lose it. Obviously don't send it to
Me if you may be returning it since you than would have that ability.
