Hey all,
I have a mountainsmith ghost backpack that I have used as my primary backpack for many years. I really like using it, however the shoulder strap padding is compressed and isn't very comfortable any more.
Im looking for someone to replace or repair the shoulder straps for me.
Does anyone have a large pair of the BPL Absaroka straps the wanna sell? or other replacement pack straps?
Do you have a picture of how they are connected?

The pack has been well used but still has lots of life left. it seems silly to replace it.
It seems as though it'd be difficult to replace unless you leave a section of the previous shoulder strap. I imagine there is a sleeve on the inside that would make using a sewing machine impossible. Also, resewing where a bartack is would weaken the fabric pretty severely. The bartack may be narrow enough that you can sew a larger one and get around this though.
What does the interior of the pack look like?
