Got to spend some time with the Dead Bird folks while at the OR show, and was shown a few cool things….
Gamma LT Hoody- After years of success from their Gamma LT (super durable, lightweight, breathable soft shell- but unhooded!), Arcteryx is making a hooded version. Super breathable and durable, non-membrane fabric is plated and layers well. One interior pocket and two hand warmer pockets, paired with a fully adjustable hood makes this thing a seriously versatile piece.

Altra Backpacks- The Altra backpack line is being expanded with bigger capacities, and a better, pivoting suspension. This look like they are going to be some seriously comfortable and durable packs- but not super light.

Quiq hoody- This thing is awesome…Part of Arcteryx's upcoming 24 line, this hoody merges technical fabrics with stylish flair to create this VERY comfortable and breathable hoody, that has a deep hood and great collar. Longer torso, great arms…. comes with a kangaroo pocket…. seriously, the best pullover hoody I have ever worn.
