I drove up Friday afternoon and got to the Sanora Pass TH around 8:00 and it had been raining and hailing just past Twain Heart(on & off). I slept in the back of the truck and hit the PCT around 7:00am. Lots of different weather through out the day on Saturday from rain, drizzle, hail, wind, lighting and rainbows. It is about 13 miles to Boulder Lake just off the PCT with a lot of different geography. Her are some photos:

We did this as a day hike last December. There was no snow…and the lake was frozen over!
