Hi,
I'd like to find a lightweight windscreen which is vented in such a way that it would be safe for use with my iso-butane stove. Any recommendations for one I could actually buy? I've tried to make some on my own with limited success–sharp edges from oven tray windscreens were a problem.

Just ditch the number of plates you don't need and drill the bottom full of holes to lighten it up. Heck, maybe you could make two out of the one!
