I'm looking for a new summer weekend pack, but unsure of all the options. I just redid my packlist, and everything for a weekend trip including food/water comes to just under 18 pounds. So I need a bag that can carry that very comfortably. I would prefer something for an internal frame also. I use a Thermarest Prolite 3S so I can't use a pack with a pad pocket for the frame. I currently have a 2440ci (40L) pack, which is too big for a weekend use, so I'm looking around 1525-1830ci (25-30L).
I've had my eyes on a ULA Relay $99(althought I'd likely bulk up the frame) and the GoLite Vision which is now only $70. Has anyone had experience with these and their weight limits?
