FYI NB released the MT1010 today in M's and W's normal and EE width – 4mm drop, rock plate, and more cushion and protection than the Minimus shoes have had up to now.
Available on the NB site and should be at some retailers soon.
Please let me know if you have a chance to try it out. Should give good trail feel but with a more forgiving ride than the previous Minimus shoes.
The Saucony Xodus 3.0 and Outlaw have a similar 4mm drop and rock plate, but are probably sturdier and more cushioned than the MT1010.
