I have been looking for something like this to put my iPhone on a threaded adapter on my LT4 trekking pole. This is 0.8 oz. and looks like it will work great. Now, to find a threaded adapter for less than the $15 GG charges, c'mon it's just two screw ends on a single piece of metal.

You could probably find what you need in a hardware store. I'm not too sure about that camera mount though. Doesn't look like you can fit an iphone in there unless the case is off. Seems risky. There are other mounts, but they're heavier.
