Hi there, thinking of buying this pack but are on the fence as to what torso size to get. I was measured at my local outfitters the other day as a 21 inch torso. The pack comes in a: Regular Torso 18” to 21”
Long Torso 21” to 25”
You see my delima. I am at work and can't get to the outfitters since I ride my bicycle to work and just wanted to hear some opinions on the subject, thanks.

I wear a medium Vapor Trail VC and they fit great. I'm 5' 7" and the medium is super comfortable. I also have short legs and a longer torso. I'd say if you're under 5' 9" they will work. Lots of folks complain about being in between the two sizes on GG models, so i suspect the medium does not cover as tall a user as many manufacturers. That would mke sense too, as to why I, as a shorter user, found the M size so comfortable. Hope it helps. If you can't try on, order from someone with a good return policy.
I have a 21 inch torso so I am not sure of which one to get, I seems I could go either way.
I am 6'2" with a 36 inch waist.
