It's been a week since I submitted a support ticket. I haven't heard a peep. Is that normal? The issue is BTK12072313008.

Ryan told MLife he is ignoring the forums, not monitoring the support tickets etc. He said to email him personally.
Ryan is also in sole control of BPL, so, regardless of how pathetic it is that a business can't monitor their support line, and regardless of how unprofessional it is to handle business communication via personal email, it is what it is.
