Looking to possibly replace the current fly on the T2 Plus with a cuben fiber one, I figure it should probably cut around 16oz from the heavy 24oz fly of the tent. I love the tent and am very interested in experimenting to bring the weight down further.
For a first time builder are there any tips/tricks that people would be kind enough to direct me to? This could be a fun project for sure. If I'm unable to complete it I'm sure someone could recommend a cottage builder who could help as well haha.
