Hey everyone,
Ive returned from NZ and Australia and used my Henry Shire Sublite (tyveck)for 750km of trails. I was happy with the weight, easy set up, and use of my trekking poles. But found that the few heavy rain storms on the South Island gave me a few wet nights. In Henry's defense he told me that this is a perfect Sierra Mnt tent.
I'm a few months away from leaving for Central and South America and will be looking for suggestions on a one man single wall tent that can handle the jungle rains and the snow/Winds of Patagonia.
Its only been a year from the last time I spent any time here and have noticed that things are changing fast. I'll research the tents on the review section but your thoughts would be welcomed.
Thanks, Joel
