EDIT: Was thinking boxers, not full bottoms…
To answer your question, the Arc'Teryx phase sl bottoms are 3.5oz and the material is awesome. The phase sl shirts are amazingly light and wicking and I have wanted their boxers for a while (I just have a ton of other more economical things to purchase first before $35 on underwear). If I didn't want merino bottoms first, I'd look at their full length bottoms too.
