I have a pair of Salomon Quest 4D boots purchased online last August in both of which the Gore Tex lining has failed. Anyone have any idea as to how to go about getting Salomon to repair/replace these boots? I've been reading of some nasty Salomon customer service problems, and can't even find an email address to which I can send a description of the issue. Vasque replaced their boots no questions asked when the same thing happened.
