I have a bunch of the Graham Flexair pillows available. They are the large size (19"x12" uninflated). They weigh 27g including the inflation straw. $4 for the first pillow, and $2 for each one after that. Shipping included within the US.

Can usually get these for about 0.65 cents each at the local medical supply store. 4 bucks for one shipped, you must be shipping them priority mail or something to justify that price. Why not cut these prices in half and stuff them into a regular envelope for under 50 cents shipping.

These are not at all durable enough to pay $4 for. Like Abela said, these should be cheaper!
