I found the TNF voracious shorts and love them. They are running shorts with a boxer brief liner. My one complain however is that they have no pockets. Does anyone know of running shorts w/boxer brief liners AND pockets?

Were you looking for normal hand pockets or just the typical running shorts stash pocket?
Check out the Adidas Dual Baggy Short. I've used them for years and love them. They just reworked them so I'm not sure how the newer models are. Looks like they've got a small zip pocket above the right hip. Nike also makes some but they are a little too long for my taste.
Brooks Running has a pair that has two back pockets and a mesh boxer brief liner.
Running Warehouse sells this Addidas pair that has a compression liner and security pocket.
REI has a pair with a compression liner, 2 hand pockets and a security pocket.
Brooks Infinity Notch 2 shorts are my current faves… word of warning…. the stash pocket material can tear from the corners of gel packs… if you use them, round the corners of the gel packs.
I've worn these shorts trail running and backpacking and no chaffing.

Sorry for not clarifying. I was looking for hand pockets, not the backside mini stash pocket.

I have the Voracious short also, and I love the things. I also have a pair of Golite Mesa 12" (they have 9 and 5" also), lined with pockets, and they are fantastic so far. I havent put them through the paces like I have the Voracous, but they seem like they are good quality.
Patagucci Baggies have two front slash pockets and a back security pocket.
beat me to it :) not as light as true running shorts, but still pretty light- roomy hand pockets w/ a small rear pocket that has a snap, fully brief lined
these wear and wear too- I've got a couple pairs that are ~ 20 years old :)
Was also going to recommend the Baggies. I prefer using a separate underwear so I cut my liners out. For heavier items, I don't like the pockets because they go to the bottom of the shorts.
