I know they mod the bottom of their cans, but there are no pictures of it.
Anyone have experience with trying these two together?

I think they only add a ridge in the center of the can so it will sit on the cone, the bottom is the same as any other fosters can.
As a side burner, a fancy feast stove typically requires a fairly wide pot to make efficient use of the flame. With a narrow pot, too much of the heat goes up the sides to be efficient.
Ultra Magnus posted a photo of a pleated 5.5 oz V8 juice cat stove that has worked great with my H keg system from Trail Designs. This was in the MYOG forum in the "Caldera Clone" thread. This stove presents a narrow flame and seems very efficient.
They don't change the bottom.
What is wrong with the stove they sent? It works pretty well in my experience.
I'm pretty sure they change the bottom and that it's not just a ridge.
Here's a quote from their site:
