I am having trouble getting on this website. After months of saving, i'm ready to buy a pack, and I can't get to the pages! The home page is up, and the informational links (myog, etc.)function, but I get a page not found for the product pages. Anyone else having this problem or do I have computer rabies?

What browser are you using? I'm on Firefox on a Mac and everything is working just fine.

I'm using internet explorer, a slightly older version (can't remember which one)it's always been fine in the past. so I am rabid! That explains all the foaming every time I try to open those pages.

Joshua,

We've been having some trouble that we've not been able to totally resolve. The problem appears to be with cookies getting corupted. You need to delete the cookie that's created then the site will function correctly.

To delete the cookie follow the instructions on the page http://www.sixmoondesigns.com/web.asp. Hopefully this will get things working again.

Sorry for the problem.

Hi Joshua,

I too have experienced frustration with the Six Moons Site

love their products. Problem solved, as posted above my Ron- when I open their website I must also use the "tools tab" and selct "internet options" and lastly "delete cookies" from the general tab page and the problem is solved! Unfortunately, I do need to do that each time I want to use the site.

I went to SMD with IE 6.0.x and had no problems navigating.
