Nutella has been getting a lot of bad press lately (sorry afficiondos) so try Biscoff Spread instead. Less sugar and more goodies – unless you're on a non-gluten diet.
Biscoff is a Belgian product.

1 tablespoon (15 grams) has:

total calories> 88
Fat calories> 52 (9% of daily recommended)
Trans fat> 0 grams
Sugars> 5 grams
Protien> 0.5 grams
It doesn't say what constitutes the majority of grams but I'll bet its sugars and starches.

ME? I'll stick to my own mix of PBJ in a refillable squeeze tube.

I actually bought a case of individual servings of this Biscoff Spread last Fall for an airline miles promotion.

There's no way I can use all of them. I'd be willing to send out a few to anyone interested. They are 0.7 ounces (20g) each. I'll put them in an envelope and hope for the best.

Dang, I just noticed they have a "best before" date of 12/5/11, oh well.

I'd gladly take some of this off your hands, I just noticed they started selling this locally. I fell in love with it a couple years ago in belgium. Message me and we can work ou the details for shipping etc. :)

Cheers,
Rae
