Hey everyone, this is my first post. I'm excited to get back out into the woods, as I have a back injury that has keep me from going out. Recently I've discovered the 'UL movement', and I'm excited at the chance to get back at it.
Ive completed a spread sheet of my gear, and discovered that my sleeping bag (0 degree ll bean, 650 down) is accounting for 38% of my base pack weight! This is way to much for summer. I know the bag is overkill and need some suggestions on ultralight sleeping bag liners or maybe even a summer top quilt, as I will be using a hammock.
Thanks for all the help you guys have already given me, as I have been lurking here for several weeks!
