Hiya, I'm looking for a synthetic fill hoody similar to the Thruhiker Kinsman (with a hood). BPL once sold similar but Iv'e not had much luck finding anything. Any ideas? Thanks!!

I recently got a Patagonia Nano Puff Hoody. I really like it.
Or Montbell Thermawrap Parka….
The rab xenon seems to be about the closest thong to the old cocoon hoody minus the half zip
Thanks for the replies. Yes, I have had the nano have a m/bell inner jacket. I like the RAB gear as well.

The DWR-treated shell and PrimaLoft® insulation cope well with mildly damp conditions.
Shell is 15-denier 100% mini ripstop polyester with DWR. Lined with non-snag polyester.
Insulation is 40g PrimaLoft One that retains warmth when wet. Locked in place with sewn-through quilting.
Attached hood can be adjusted easily with one hand.
Lightweight, Âľ-length coil zipper backed with a windflap. Easy to pull on over a helmet.
Heat trapping elastic at wrists and hem.
External chest pocket with bar tacked loop doubles as stuff sack.

I looked at the Patagonia Nano Puff, Rab Xenon, and MontBell Thermawrap too.
–The Nano Puff is a classic, but fit is a bit boxy and is a little heavier than the Arc'Teryx piece.
–The Rab Xenon is a solid offering, but is sized very much as a belay jacket, which didn't work for me. If light is right, this is your pick though.
–MontBell is reportedly less warm
The Atom LT fit me the best, has an extra interior pocket, and has an outer fabric that I really trust while still being light. It's also as light or lighter compared to the above options.
Ooo, that's close.. pity it doesn't have a tad more fill and i'd prefer a couple of pockets or kangaroo pouch (being an aussie lol) but yes.. nice one Eric
Strewth those Arcteryx Jackets are dear.. nice, but..
it's part of their new line that's been slowly entering the market. matches up with the atom lt, but it's curently on sale and made in the usa. as a long time wild things customer i've always been very happy with their gear. i don't have any of their new stuff yet, but this is the first thing i am gonna get.
