Looking at getting this for 10+ mile trail runs and day hikes. Will the Sawyer Inline Water Filter work with this hydration bladder? Or will I have to buy another 2L bladder it's compatible with?

Travis,
The bladder should not matter….it is a question of if the hose/line is going to be big or small enough to allow the Sawyer inline to be spliced into that line.
Should be….plus, I would imagine that the adapters for the line will accomodate various tube sizes. (If it is cone shaped, then it should).
Also, are you a trail runner?
If so, then you might want to see about where along the line you will placing the filter so that it is not bouncing around and annoying the hell out of you.
Just make sure that the conections are solid, so it does not leak inside your pack.
Hope that helps.

They HydraPack IIRC uses a slightly larger size tubing so I am not sure if the ‘Sawer Inline Adaptor Connections for Sawyer Squeeze filters’ (SP110) will fit on the tubing. If it did, that is all you should need to make it work.
