I'm thinking of picking a few of these up. Can anyone comment on the durability of these shirts? Or the durability of merino/poly blends in general. I've been less than pleased with the few 100%merino, 150gm shirts I've owned.

I'm looking at these for use as my main summer layer, replacing some poly REI shirts that got both stinky and holy much more quickly than I would have liked.
I have some of the old Merino 1 stuff from a couple years ago that's even lighter than the new M1 and it's far exceeded my expectations as far as durability. Much more durable than 150g Icebreaker stuff I have.
I've had a couple of these shirts for about 3 months now, and so far so good. They've been my go to layers for spring trail runs and hiking. One of them developed a pin sized hole in the lower sleeve, but there is no telling where it came from (tree branch or maybe my watch?). Overall, I've been pretty happy with the purchase.
I actually just sent a pair of Patagonia merino bottoms back because they split/run after only a few uses. I bought them a few years ago but never got around to sending them back, although the fabric split very early on. They now have runs in 3 or 4 places.
As I said this was early (2008?) Patti merino, I think they were Cap 1. I know they had issues with the first few runs of this stuff and may not have these problems anymore. Love the fit and feel but the fabric was not dialed in for sure.
