I'm brand spanking new to MYOG (just bought a sewing machine) and was wondering where you good folk buy stuff like a long and light bivy zipper. Thanks!

    #3 coil works for me

you can get it by the yard, and also buy the zipper pull

if you talk to owfinc.com on the phone they will help you figure out exactly what to buy

I have used OWFINC, Quest Outfitters, and Thru-Hiker. Thru-Hiker and OWFINC were the best as terms of service with Thru-Hiker being #1
