I think this is a pretty good deal. an older MSR titan 2L pot – $49.95 with free shipping.

    http://www.backcountrygear.com/msr-titan-2-liter-2008.html

Moontrail has it spec'd out at:

    Fitted Lid
    Can be used as plate
    Weight: 2.3 oz (64 gm)

LiteLifter 1 oz (30 gm) pot gripper

Nylon mesh bag 0.6 oz (16 gm)

Kit Total weight is 8.2 oz (230 gm)

Compatible with MSR's XPD or Ascent Heat Exchanger

I ordered one yesterday, got the UPS tracking and said it will be here today. Granted I only live about 130 miles from their store, but still really fast shipping. This will be much lighter than my REI pan set I use for group camping.

I bought it for group trips too. My 1L pot doesn't cut it for more than 2 people.

I wonder if the msr 1.5L and 1L pot set will nest inside the 2L pot?

The dimensions of the 1.5L pot (of the MSR Titan Mini Cookset, which I have) are 6-5/8" diameter measured at rolled-edge top, and 3-1/2" height. The 1L pot nests inside the 1.5L pot, and it seems like the two would nest inside the 2L pot.
