drop down menus not working?

Don't know if it is just my computer, but I can't get the drop down menus to work. the ones that drop down under the tabs like community etc … to get to menus like "recent posts" …

Recent Posts are available without the drop-down menus. Look beside 'Forums' under the main picture.
