MSR made titanium fuel bottles for awhile which you may be able to find used. Not sure what the weight comparo is on new bottles.
It's probably lighter to use a small fuel bottle and keep the rest of your fuel in a separate container, though. There's no reason to store 100% of your fuel in a pressure vessel.
