I was watching a video today and saw where a guy prepared an omelette at home, and poured it into a plastic ziploc bag, which he just placed in his water in the morning as it boiled. The bag doesn't melt (gets soft though), and you can pour it out onto a plate or bowl with little or no mess. Great idea, takes maybe 4-5 minutes to cook, and virtually no clean up.
I tried it this morning, made a wonderful omelette. Just thought I'd share.
