Hey Folks,
Apparently, I don't know ANYONE with a Costco membership here in St. Louis. The nearest one to me is 30+ miles away, and it's just not worth buying a membership for a one-time purchase.
Is there anyone out there willing to buy and mail me a set from their local Costco? I can PayPal payment & estimated shipping before purchasing.

You can get past the membership if you use Costco gift card. A member still needs to get that for you, but you don't actually have to have them go shopping with you. $10 minimum. You can pay with cash and card.
