You know those guyot designs squishy bowls? They can take a good deal of heat. A real easy to way to bake in them is to put the mix in the squishy bowl, and then put it in a pot of water and boil. It cooks just perfect. My friend has been doing this every trip and it's so much less messy. And he ends up with the most perfect looking muffins!
