I invested in high-quality sunglasses once. Lost them. Never again. So, taking suggestions for cheapies!

Besides never carrying sunglasses, the cheapest are the sunglass safety glasses, some are pretty stylist and all under 10$.

Howdy,

I have the same problem – constantly losing my shades. I usually get the Foster Grant brand. Less than $20 for most of their different styles/models and they get the job done. Certainly there are even cheaper options but these are pretty well-made and look decent. Just my two cents.

Have a good one.

It's my understanding that cheap sunglasses are actually harmful to our eyes. The tinted lens causes the eye to dilate, letting in more harmful uv rays which are not blocked by cheap lenses that lack uva and uvb protection. Just something to think about.

Well my contacts have a UV coating on them anyway, so I'm not worried about that aspect.

I go to the local TJ MAXX and buy Columbia brand polarized glasses for about $12/pair. Two or three trips and lose them…no big deal

I started using crokies or whatever they are called, that loop around your neck about twenty years ago and now I never loose them. I've had a pair of Maui Jims for over ten years. I ended up giving the last pair away, just so I could get new ones. Before that, I would loose a pair every month or so.

The fishing section at Wally World has some nice glasses by Berkley. The fit is good, they are polarized, and range from $14-$19.

UV protection,
0.9oz,
great for contacts and fits over my glasses. The foam helps direct sweat away from the glasses. The elastic helps keep my glasses from slipping off my nose.
Keeps dust storm from entering the side.
$10.
I don’t try to shove them back in the 35mm film canister. I keep them in a Ziploc baggie.
