I wonder what Will and others feel are the meritis of the new Assailant vs the former out of production but excellent SD one person WB trapezoidal Divine Lightening. IT was 2 lb 3 oz. and had very high wind resistance, four season, and ultra compact.
I added a trick additional expanable awning/vestible of silnylon that added 1.5 oz. but increased the heavy long rain/cook while in the tent features.
I stil have it and in my view it may rank right along with the new tent and be lighter still. I am interested in researching the assailant to see how it actually compares.
